Before you request a return, please review the following information.
Handcrafted Nature of Our Products All of our products are handcrafted by artisans; therefore, natural blemishes or slight variations may occur. These are characteristic of artisanal work and are not considered product flaws.
Product Imagery Product images on our website may differ slightly from the items you receive due to variations in screen settings (computers, smartphones, etc.). While we strive to display colours as accurately as possible, the actual colours visible on your screen will depend on your monitor’s display settings.
Quality Assurance All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packed, and sealed before leaving our warehouse.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it. We truly appreciate any feedback you may have regarding our products.
Refunds and Eligibility We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with all tags attached (if applicable).
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must retain your receipt or proof of purchase for all items.
Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@arturaliving.com.
To help us expedite your request, please include the following details in your email:
- Order Number
- Images or videos of the damaged product and/or the shipping box to support your claim.
Shipping Instructions Upon receiving these details, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a confirmed return request will not be accepted, and no refund will be processed.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service for all return shipping.
Important Notices for All Returns:
- Tracking & Confirmation: You must retain your proof of posting certificate for your reference until you have received confirmation that we have received your item and your refund has been processed. Without this certificate, we cannot process your refund, particularly if we do not receive the returned item.
- Shipping Responsibilities: For returns that are not due to a faulty item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery Costs for Change of Mind: For change-of-mind returns, or if the product has no imperfections, the original delivery costs (both standard and express) will not be refunded.
The Refund Process Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any delivery fees that may be deducted according to our delivery cost policy.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). Returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.
European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the policies above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt.
This right to cancel applies only if the item is returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
