1. Delivery & Shipping

  • What are your shipping costs within the U.K.?

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat shipping rate of £2.99 applies.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

 Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. If you need your items sooner, we offer Next-Day Delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Thursday).

  • Do you ship internationally from the U.K. site?

Currently, ArturaLiving.co.uk services the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. For international inquiries, please contact our concierge team.

2. Product Quality & Materials

  • What makes ArturaLiving products unique? 

Each piece is a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern luxury. We use premium hardwoods (like Teak and Mango wood) and high-grade MDF, finished with artisanal inlays, heat-resistant lacquers, and hand-painted motifs.

  • Are your trays and caddies water-resistant?

 Our products feature a protective moisture-resistant coating, making them perfect for serving drinks and appetizers. However, they are not waterproof; please wipe away spills immediately with a soft cloth.

  • Are the colors exactly as seen on screen?

We photograph our collections in natural light to ensure accuracy. However, due to the handcrafted nature of the wood and varying screen calibrations, slight tonal variations may occur, making your piece truly one-of-a-kind.

3. Care & Safety

  • How do I clean my ArturaLiving items?

Simply use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges or chemical cleaners, as these can dull the hand-finished luster.

  • Can I use these in the microwave or dishwasher? No.

To preserve the integrity of the wood and the delicate artwork, our products must never be placed in a dishwasher, microwave, oven, or freezer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?

 We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

 Quality is our priority. In the rare event of transit damage, please email support@arturaliving.com with a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.

5. Corporate & Gifting

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

 Yes! Our trays make exquisite wedding and housewarming gifts. You can select "Gift Wrap" at checkout to have your item nestled in premium tissue and a signature ArturaLiving box.

  • Can I place a bulk order for a corporate event?

 We love working with interior designers and corporate partners. Please contact our trade team at support@arturaliving.com for bespoke quotes and lead times.
